I have PHS Documents that come with the car. It is a numbers matching 4 speed, 455, with 54,000 original miles. I bought this car approx 2 years ago, and at that time it was approx 90% original. Repainted PPG base/clear coat black. I have the entire set Special Edition hood and body decals that go with the car. You just need to put them on. The entire interior is stock, original black and is practically flawless, with the exception of a small tear in drivers seat A PUI replacement seat cover comes with winning bid, you install it, and a non original radio and rear speakers. The dash, passenger seat and back seat is perfect and original, as are the door panels, carpet and headliner. The factory AC works extremely well R-12. I have a new pair of carpet mouldings that come with the winning bid Originals are on the car, and are scuffed up from normal use. Yes, thats the original rear seat console, a rare option regardless of the model Trans Am. Under the hood is the original 455, with manual 4 speed. Engine and tranny run EXCELLENT. I had to replace the altenator. Some reproduction restoration parts under the hood such as washer bottle. Underneath the car are hooker headers with twin dynomax exhaust. The entire exhaust system is about 8 months old. You can eat off the bottom of the car. New SS factory type exhaust tips come with car originals are on the car, new ones are not installed yet. I have completely rebuilt the rear suspension, with new shocks. New brake pads and wheel cylinders have been installed. The front suspension does not need rebuilding at this time, but auction winner gets a COMPLETE front end rebuild suspension kit for the future. Rear axle is a 2.41 gear ratio, great for the highway. I placed in this axle for highway economy. I have the original COMPLETE rear axle, ready to install that has the 3.23 ratio, and it runs perfectky as well. Buyer gets this extra rear axle as well. Space saver tire and jack are present. The original black window trims are powder coated black, and come with the car. Tires are new, about 6 months old. The rims are original 15" honeycombs. The trim rings ARE NOT original. I cant find an original 15" stainless steel honeycomb trim ring set. Whats on the car in the pics are aftermarket chrome trim rings. Not original, but at least they look decent. The center caps are NOS, and cost me $75 apeice. I had to replace the front spoiler and one front wheel well spoiler, as they had a crack in them. This car looks and runs outstanding. It drives more like a luxury car than a "muscle car". I dont beleive the engine has ever been out of the car. If you know cars, you know what to look for if the moor has been out, and this one doesnt appear so at all. Before you ask, there are NO RUST PROBLEMS ON THIS CAR. The condition of this car is really outstanding, and is roughly 90% original in parts due to low miles and wear on the car. To those that know TAs, its a good find. I hope to find a buyer that can really appreciate the condition of this car. PHS documents show this was indeed a silver ext, black interior, 455, 4 speed car Bottom line, the stated price is firm, no trades or negotiations. As of Nov 8, 2007, I owe approx $7000 left on this car. The buyer will pay the bank the remaining balance effective the day of the winning bid, and I get whatever is left, for a total of $17,500.
